    Note: 1B1 nozzles have a known arc start issue due to their very small orifice  and
    poor torch design
    . 1B2 nozzles are recommended for material over 12ga.  Arc start issues can sometimes be fixed by changing air pressure and ensuring your electrode is not passivated.
